Dear Friends, Families, Providers,
On Tuesday, August 19th, we have planned an important Family/Provider Orientation for F.R.I.E.N.D.S Unlimited, from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Tours and Presentations are as follows (please choose one):

5:00 – 5:45 p.m.

6:l5 – 7:00 p.m.

It is vital that we have good lines of communication and mutual awareness of needs, services, abilities and limitations.  Your attendance for 45 minutes during the time that we have set aside is essential to achieving these objectives.  It will also be a great time to mingle with others at our new facility.  So please join us.

If you are unable to attend this very important session call Sue, at 303.404.0123 to schedule an individual conference.  We appreciate your attendance at this important meeting.

Dear Friends,
We need to let you know of a few changes to our program.

• Attendance
If your participant is not able to attend the program, we must know 24 hours in advanced
(Unless, it is an emergency, please call us by 8 a.m. to allow for staffing changes) We can not
wait to hear from you, it is not fair to the other participants and the program.

• Late Drop Off
If the participant is joining late, you must call us. You will also be responsible for dropping off the participant to that days scheduled activity.

• Pick-up
We will be starting a half an hour earlier. Participants must be ready for this change starting tomorrow on March 12, 2008.

• Lunches
Participants must have this to be portable (include all necessary utensils, drinks, napkins, etc.)
We are on the go and will be out in the community.

- Lunch Time -

Families, please note that on many days we may not be returning to the house for lunch. We thank you for providing lunches and ask that you send something that is ready-to-eat, not something that needs cooking or heading up. We will continue to have water and snacks available.

- Weather Conditions -

Please remember to send hats, coats, and gloves on days that rain/snow is predicted.
