FRIENDS MADNESS IS HERE

Join the March Madness fun while supporting inclusive programs at FRIENDS! FRIENDS Madness is a luck-based March Madness Squares fundraiser planned and led by the FRIENDS Participant Action Committee, empowering participants to take an active role in fundraising and leadership.

No basketball knowledge needed, just a little luck and a lot of community spirit.

HOW FRIENDS MADNESS WORKS

• Squares are $20 each and available starting March 1

• Only 100 squares available, so don’t wait!

• Click the button to the right to make your donation for the number of squares you’d like

• Once your donation is received, your name will be randomly assigned to your square(s)

• When the grid is full or the tournament tips off on March 19 (whichever comes first), numbers are randomly drawn across the top and side of the grid

• Your square numbers stay the same for the entire tournament

HOW SCORING WORKS

For each game (excluding play-in games), the last digit of each team’s final score determines the winning square.

Example:
If Kansas beats Gonzaga 70–58, the winning square is the one with 0 for the winning team and 8 for the losing team.

Points are earned throughout the tournament:

• 5 points for each 1st round game

• 10 points for each 2nd round game

• 15 points for each Sweet 16 game

• 20 points for each Elite Eight game

• 25 points for each Final Four game

• 30 points for the Championship game

The Points Leaderboard will be updated after each round of the tournament, so participants can track their progress and see who’s leading the madness!

The square participant with the most total points at the end of the tournament wins $250!

2nd and 3rd place winners will also receive prizes (TBD).

Every square purchased supports participant-led initiatives and programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
